Amanda offers high-level people operations guidance and management coaching as well as foundational HR support to Amethyst’s clients.

Amanda has spent her entire career working in the people and operations functions. She has extensive experience working with fully remote and hybrid organizations, and has focused on civic and social nonprofits, political organizations, and for profit businesses related to the political ecosystem. She has also worked with libraries, cooperative businesses, and in higher education. In addition to professional certifications, such as SHRM-SCP, Amanda holds a Master of Library Science from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame. She provides fractional executive support and manages Amethyst staff members who provide direct services to Amethyst Operations’ clients.
