Amanda offers high-level people operations guidance and management coaching as well as foundational HR support to Amethyst’s clients.
Amanda has over a decade of experience working in the people function, with most of that time spent in fully remote organizations. Amanda is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and she holds a certification in Diversity and Inclusion for HR through Cornell University. Her career has spanned small businesses, universities, non-profit organizations, and political entities.
